We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with Markdownify for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed through our payment provider Stripe. To request a refund, contact us directly at roncagliomatteo@pec.it with your order details and reason. We'll review your request and process the refund through Stripe back to your original payment method.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 30 days of the purchase or renewal date.
- The request relates to a Pro Unlimited or Team subscription plan.
- For Team plans, refund requests must be made by the account owner or billing administrator.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that are made after the 30-day window or where there is evidence of misuse of the service.
Processing time
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution. You'll receive a confirmation email from Stripe once your refund has been initiated.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of that period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period, unless you are within the 30-day money-back guarantee window.
Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as Merchant of Record on our behalf and handles tax calculation, collection, filing and remittance for transactions in supported countries. For payment-related questions you can contact Stripe directly or reach us at the email address above.
